I’ve noticed something profound: I hold two mirrors inside me – the me I see, and the quiet awareness that watches.
It’s a delicate balance act – this body, this life, and the quiet knowing that holds it all.
I am awake to a deeper truth: I am not just this skin, this story. I am not bound by the clock, or the ground beneath my feet. I am wider than space, and not limited to what I can touch, see, or smell.
And yet – I marvel on the amazing experience of being here!
The taste of rain, being able to feel pain, the laughter and excitement and butterflies inside. This human life is a masterpiece of feeling, a classroom of light and shadow. And in this body, in this breath, I learn what it means to be.
It’s amazing to be all of it at once: the one who walks, the one who watches, and the one who breathes through everything. I am here. I am there. I am everywhere. I am grateful.
Take a breath, close your eyes. Feel yourself. Watch yourself.
Know that you are more, the observer and the embodied you.
